A lot can happen in 5 years.

We have now been married for 5 years (as of yesterday) and we couldn't be happier. I hope things keep getting better every year like they have. The longer we're married, the more we learn about eachother and the better we are for the other. Matt really spoiled me yesterday for the big day and took me out to a nice dinner in the Netherland and a Movie afterwards. He also got me some REALLY great presents. I love presents, they're my favorite.

So when I woke up yesterday morning Hallie brought me this all wrapped up. Of course I let her unwrap it (that makes kids sooo happy). It is the first year of my blog made into a bound book. He's going to one by one do one for every year since it's pretty much my kids scrap books/journals/baby books/travel book/crazy ranting Mom book. So I'm really looking forward to getting one for every year so my kids will have a life time of blogging to look back on. :)

And OOHHHHH the happiness these boots bring me. I've been wanting them for ages, but have been to frugal to splurge. They're uggs and can be worn short or tall (as modeled by your truely above and below) and are the coziest things I have ever put on my feet. I get giddy every time I look at them in corner, and even more happy when I put them on and they make my outfit so perfect. Love love love them.

I love my Matty matt matt and I'm so glad that I convinced him that he REALLY wanted to marry me. :) Just kidding, he knew it all along. Marrying Matt was the best decision of my life and I'm so proud of him for serving our country. I couldn't ask for a better husband or father to our kids. Thanks for being my partner on this fun/crazy ride of life. I love you. And I love my shoes. :)
