I had a really good workout at the gym yesterday. 45 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of toning, and 10 minutes jump roping (holy crap....have you tried jumping rope lately? I can barely move today). Anyways, really good morning. I love getting moving in the morning, coming home and taking shower, and enjoying the boost in energy that I have for the rest of the day.

Awesome! I have a "hint of lime" disorder too, but my extends to chocolate, cookies, cheese, candy... :) Many a good workouts have been quickly canceled out. The way I look at it, though, is at least I worked out to begin with!

Way to go Sara! The only things that would have made it better would be two big ol' hotdogs covered in mustard and a Dr. Pepper....and maybe some Junior Mints.... and a Moonpie....and Peanut M&M's...and beef jerky...and a key lime pie...and pork rinds...Frito's and jalapeno bean dip... Double Stuff Oreo's...Rocky Road ice cream...it just goes on and on...

I seriously love these chips too. I don't buy them either, but Mmm if I get some. At least you worked out before eating them. Don't feel guilty. Go you on working out! (PS I hope to see you at Kelly's wedding too!!!)
