Pregnant Damsel in Distress

So my refidgerator that I have only had for about 8 months is having issues. Fortunetly for me...it's still under warranty and Sears sent someone out to fix it. Well they fixed it alright, but when they were done the man told me that because my kitchen was such a tight space he couldn't plug it back in for me and that it was my job to make sure the fridge was accessable to him. I asked him if he wanted me to have my kitchen remodeled before he came...then....he left. I told him my husand was in the military and I was gone and I had no way with my big pregnant belly to get back behind the fridge to plug it in and move it myself. He didn't care. So there I was, 7 months prego, my fridge in the middle of my kitchen, and all the freezer food in my sink defrosting. I couldn't fit between the wall and the fridge to plug it in, Rebecca was here with me and neither could she. So finally I climbed up on top of the fridge, sat on the top of it, had Rebecca put the plug in my toes, and because of my monkey type feet I was able to plug it into the wall with my toes and together we pushed the fridge back where it belongs. Thanks a bunch Sears.

The end of hunting for Hallie

We just got back this past saturday morning from our one week trip to Utah to see Matt's family. It was nice to get away for a while and Hallie LOVES being spoiled by all the grandmas and grandpas and aunts and cousins she has up there. I don't think she wanted to come home to her time-out chair and a normal bed time and fruits and veggies. :) We had a family easter party with Matt's mom's side of the family the sunday before easter and Grandma Dona hid eggs and all kinds of goodies in her yard. Once Hallie found a tootsie pop and got the wrapper off of it she was done hunting and ready to eat her candy. We went to the aquarium in Sandy, Hallie's aunt aunt Katie took her horse back riding, we went and saw Meet the Robinsons (really cute show), we even went up to Rexburg to see some of my friends for a day and a half. We got back early saturday morning and I left Hallie with my mom so I could go put an easter basket together for her really fast (a candy free easter basket by the way...I know, I'm a mean mom) and do a few more errands. Then we dyed easter eggs at my parents house with my siblings and Owen and they had a great time. Easter we spent also with my family having easter dinner and hanging out at Mimi's house all night. It's been a REALLY busy week and I'm kind of looking forward the things winding down a bit. WE still really miss Matt a lot and everything just seems like it would be so much more fun if he was here doing it with us. But at least being busy made one more week go by a little bit faster. Here are a few pics from our week...enjoy!
